Where this comes from

Every program here is taken from the HCBS-Compliant Social Recreation Programs directory published by RCOC's Comfort Connection Family Resource Center, dated 25 June 2025. That directory is a 214 page PDF. Useful, but almost impossible to search on a phone in the middle of a planning meeting, which is why this exists.

I have not added programs, removed programs, or made judgments about them. All I did was read the PDF into a table so it can be searched, filtered by activity and city, and sent to yourself. Where a listing had its phone number or website in the wrong column, I moved it to the right one.

Reading a 214 page PDF into a table does break things, so two kinds of damage have been repaired. Web addresses that were split across a line arrived here cut in half: those are restored from the link stored inside the PDF itself, and each one was opened to confirm it still works. Words the same line breaks split in two, and stray marks left by the scan, have been closed up. Where an address could not be recovered it is shown as plain text rather than a link that would fail on you. The programs and the wording that describes them are the Family Resource Center's, not mine.

Comfort Connection also keeps this as a live Padlet board, which they update as programs come and go. This tool is built from the June 2025 PDF, so the Padlet is the more current of the two. If something you are looking for is not here, check there before you give up on it.

Being on this list is not the same as being funded. HCBS compliance means a setting meets the federal community requirements. Whether a particular program goes in your spending plan, and under which code, is a separate conversation with your service coordinator. That part is what I do.
